    Flying with Kattens

Well, I had my dog flown from Indianapolis to Mexico City to live with me. I didn't do it myself, but as far as I know my dad fed her the night before and did not feed her before the flight. As far as the relaxers I cannot help you. We didn't use them with my dog.

    Southwest allows pets in cabin

I frequently travel from Mexico to the U.S. to visit my family, and as far as I know it is a one passenger one pet rule. So this is great for you all!

Cats and Dogs..can they be friends?!

Hello everyone! I am still kind of new here so hopefully this is in the right section! I have a huge heart for animals, and hate to think that maybe they won't all get along. Here's the thing: Bella (my kitten), has adjusted very well to me and my mom. However, I have 2 little problems...I have...

    Rabies Vaccine

Well, I personally recommend that you vaccinate your kitten. Even if your cat will never ever in its entire life have contact with the outside world rabies can be carried in on your shoes. If you step on poop or saliva of a dog or cat that is infected with rabies your kitten could contract it...

    Hola from Mexico!

Bella is really coming around! I am so proud of her! She sleeps with me now, and even pounces on me whenever I am laying in my bed.She loves her toys and loves to play with me! She looks so much healthier, and her little tummy is not hard like it was on Saturday when the vet. discovered worms in...

    My kitten....

Awwww she is adorable! I especially like that color pattern, because it looks like she just came from the wild...like a little tiger or something! She is cute!

    New Member of the Family!

Thanks everyone! I have been working really hard with her...and last night I had a major breakthrough! Bella (named after the Spanish name for Belle from Beauty and the Beast) actually came up onto my bed and slept with me all night! Last night we played for a little while as well. I am so...

    This cutie needs a name!

Oh thank you so much everyone! Actually Bella in Spanish means Beauty. I liked that because of the movie Beauty and the Beast. Belle was always so independent and could never be "tamed" until she was loved. It just seemed to fit!

A favor please? Post your COW kitties?

Thank you so much! I am so in love already! She is a huge challenge for me because of her rough start, but totally worth all the work!

A favor please? Post your COW kitties?

Ohh thank you so much! Actually I have no idea if she even is a breed. I just got her from a friend of mine today who found her abandoned in the apartment complex where she lives. Mom was, unfortunately, poisoned to death.

    This cutie needs a name!

Hello everyone! I just became a new mommy! My friend rescued this cutie from her rooftop, and the little girl has lived through a lot in her first few weeks of life. I feel like she deserves a great name! I would like something to do with surviving, being strong etc. Any help would be much...

    Hola from Mexico!

Thank you so much! She is getting bolder! If I just sit on my bed (I usually read there) quietly she will come out, eat in front of me, and let me pet here. But at any sign of a strange movement she darts under the bed. She does let me hold and pet her though, and she has been purring A LOT!

    Hola from Mexico!

Thank you. But, as silly as this may sound, I kind of feel like she found me somehow. I didn't think twice when my friend told me about her. I just said yes...because she is so incredibly helpless, and has lived a hard life for only being 10 weeks old!
