I've had the drinkwell and loved it but my Cinnamon didn't lol she prefered my dogs Le Bistro so I bought another of those and gave my Drinkwell to a friend of coarse Cinnamon still prefers the Sages rather than her own lol My friend loves the Drinkwell though and said her cats just love it.
unfortunately I know of nothing, I am so sorry that this is happening but you can take some solace in knowing you loved him and did the best you could for him
I've always thought giving names was half the fun with kittens although i'm one to take forever to pick a name I still love to do it. let us know what you choose
I agree that it's best for kitty to be adopted as soon as possible but you never know maybe he'll still be there when you get back Unfortunatly it seems that most cats are in shelters for a long while before being adopted. And even if he does find a home before you get back you could always look...
It can't hurt to try right? Cinnamon and Sage had the final word in keeping Bell If they said she had to go she had to go no questions asked. Cinnamon suprised me by just loving the little girl right off the bat so she's here to stay now you never know Butzie may suprise you just the same.

I've got one that will only drink from the dogs water bowl. I have no idea why they both have the exact same one (it's one of those water fountain ones) I never did figure out why she does it hers is in the same place only on a 1/2 wall in the kitchen where her food bowl is I've tried everything...
My Cinnamon does this to I've always thought it to be a bit strange but I've gotten so used to it anymore I expect it nothing better than a interesting game of chase the mouse and just when it's getting good you have to take a minute break to watch her clean a part that may have gotten dirty
I asked my sister about this ( she's a vet tech one class away from vet herself) she said the best option would probably be to use a pill popper it does insert the pill into kitties mouth but it makes things very quick and if you give her a nice treat afterwords she'll start to associate the...
