He popped it, and yes, it was filled with puss. But now he has a large sore that we need to get bandaged, so we are taking him to the vet tomorrow. Thanks for all your help!

My cat has some sort of injury on his front leg. It is a round spot that seems like the fur was scratched off, maybe from bark or a cat fight, but there is no scratch that i could see penetrating the skin. It also is round and bulbish, and i dont know if it is swelling or just a puss filled...

Thank you everyone!!! Today Beckham seemed much better, his eyes stopped watering and he hasn’t coughed at all!!! He still seems a little down, so we will keep an eye on him, and if it worsens, we will definitely take him to the vet. Thank you all for your support!!!

Poor Kitty

We just took him to the vet.  He has to wear an Elizabethan collar and has a bandage on his foot.  He is very miserable. He is now on antibiotics and it turned out that he split his pad.  He will be fine but he has to keep the collar on for 10 days. 

Thank you for your advice.  It was very helpful and i will bring my cat to the vet as soon as possible.  I was not sure if the injury was something that could heal on its own, like a scratch, or needed medical attention.

My cat has vomited whitish water too, several times in a day like your cat.  It is most likely somethig your kitty ate, and the vomiting will pass.  Keep an eye on him and watch how much he eats. 

My cat has a torn pad on his back paw.  It does not bleed or hurt him, but it reveals the flesh.  I put vaseline (petrolium jelly) on to protect the pad, but my cat licks it off as fast as i put it on.  Do you have any suggestions?
