i have 2 that are a week old now also and they are also on kmr since probably about 3 or 4 days old. the color of theirs are a mustard color or regular poo color. mine have also opened their eyes and purr their little heads off. my guess is that its fine.

im not totally sure on the length to keep the kitten separate to be safe, but i just took in 2 now 1 week old kittens and my vet suggested to keep them away from my cats for 10 days. but im still going to keep them separate until they have had shots and are ok'd by my vet that they dont have FIV...

i just finished putting up pics in the pictures thread. tomorrow i will play around and get used to the site. im a member of a hermit crab forum so i just have to get a hang of this format. thanks!
