dun think ringworm will affect the eye, but if u are worried that the lotion will cause any discomfort in that area, dun apply there.. i think it;s perfectly ok... my cat used to get ringworms and for the first week, i see new areas being affected everyday.. scary, but it will be like volcano...

be prepared to see more affected spots. It will be 2-3 weeks before the the ringworm stablised and stopped spreading, that is with topical application of cream. I suggest not to use oral medication, cos your kit is still young. Read somewhere that even without any remedy, ringworms will go away...

dun worry about the patches getting bigger, it will, until they are contained, they will then stop growing.. ringworms are a pain to cure, especially in multiple cat households..

if there;s no more signs of new area that fur are dropping off, means the ringworms had been contained.. signs of recovery is when there's no more dry scalps on the affected area, and/or the affected areas dun grow in size. ringworms takes quite a long time to heal.. about 2-3 weeks for the...

i made the mistake of getting my cat from a pet store too... well initially, she was fine, but after 2 weeks, she developed ring worms and so on... it took months to nurse her back to health and now she is doin great...

heh, my british blue;s fur is turning to a lighter shade of grey after some time... areas that are licked and groomed more often is also turning slightly brownish.. i was wondering if it;s cos of the dry and wet food they she ate and immediately groomed herself after every meal... anyone care to...

whiskas arent exactly a good food for cats. try pet shops(if there are any) for food instead of supermarkets...u should have more luck in getting a better food there...

my cat had ringworms before too.. however, i still continue to shower attention to her just like normal.. i know that ringworm is contagious to humans, but was told by my vet that children and the elderly are more sceptical... so in the end, my whole family was not affected at all... i applied...

i am starting to feed my cat raw beef, but i have 1 concern, that is about diseases like mad cow diesease. I know that meat should be bought from good sources, but there;s always a chance somewhere. Will cat gets dieseases like mad cow or other related dieseases from eating raw?
