once a cat has had the herpes virus , cant it be a carrier and still be contagious around other cats, i know someone who has a cat with herpes and they have tried everything and nothing has helped as of yet, and they have had them for almost a year, but still they sneeze and have watery / runny...

I agree its time to take your cat to the vet, i have two siamese who have uti problems and they on occasion will pee on my bathroom floor and it has blood in it, they do have a surgery if it becomes a problem, since my cats got the surgery they at least dont get blocked up and infected as easy...
i have been giving them lysine, since we baught them and they take it very well, i guess the only other thing to do is hope for the best and hope they outgrow it, i have tried contacting the breeder since i got the kittens and still no response i do have plans for her that only time will tell...
