My answer to this question would be 2 for dogs, 8 for cats. Some dogs are okay, but many seem a little too skittish and jumpy for my liking. Cats seem calmer and more stable to me, and are lower maintainence than dogs. Plus, my Princess is *terrified* of them! I've seen her growl at dogs...
Yeah, Burnsey was a sweetheart. Don't know what kind of sick-minded individual would so something so horrible. I hope the owner presses charges against him!
Thanks for the compliments, guys.
Yes, Princess is a lucky kitty, but I doubt she knows this song's about her. She is pretty much oblivious to anything around her, unless it relates somehow to food, sleeping, cuddling, or play.
I hope my cat is clean after licking herself, because the idea of giving her a bath is kind of a scary prospect! Like others here have said, the sandpiper tongue is a very effective dirt magnet. Plus, my kitty never smells bad, so surely she can't be dirty.
Today, I came upon a post from a YouTube user who has posted many vids of her now deceased cat. According to the story in her video, she had to leave her cat in someone else's care while she traveled overseas for a funeral. Sadly, it sound like the person looking after the kitty either killed...
Thought you guys might like this. My partner recently wrote a song for our cat, Princess, and made a video to accompany it. It is currently up on YouTube. Here is the link:
Hope you all enjoy it. Warning: the song's a bit cheesy.

This is sickening! That poor cat has been through enough- as have you. I hope you will get King back soon (if you haven't already). Hopefully, you can find yourself a good lawyer to help you deal with this mess.
*Hugs*,

I came across this horrifying news story last week. The cat killed by these sick punks had the same name as mine does. I hope these youths get severely punished!!

I *can* think of words to describe how I feel about this, but I'm probably not allowed to use them on this forum. I sincerely hope this monster's child will not be scarred forever by this incident.
I have a question: Have you spayed your cats? Unaltered cats are more susceptible to problem behaviours than those who have been spayed/neutered.
Regarding the issue of isolating your cats in the basement, have you been asked to keep them down there overnight, or for just part of the day (such...
Thanks, RK
I've done a bit of research these past few days, and found the website for CET Dental products (www.cetdental.com). They seem to have many good brushes, rinses, and dental chews for cats. Plus, these products are available in at least one vet's office in my city (they're not...
