It's very digested goldfish color no real smell. Could be stomach acid? Vet didn't suggest anything but that he had allergies. Could it be a combo of food and mucus in his stomach from allergies?

I'm feeding him friskies dry indoor cat (small amount) mixed with Fancy Feast medley fish flavored preferred. Sometimes he likes the Friskies morning blend with egg. Do cats sometimes become allergic to the food?
