Someone pointed out on another site that most serial killers started out by killing and mutilating animals. There is a very sick and dangerous individual out there in Denver, I hope they catch him before he hurts any more innocent animals (or starts with people).

I found Homer my very first week in Tennessee when he was about one day old! Someone had tied him and his brothers up in a plastic grocery bag and thrown them in the dumpster to die. A friend and I heard them and got them out. When I put my hand in the bag the poor little guys were so hungry...

Wow, props to you for hanging onto Drew and taking that physical abuse!! I got similarly injured when I had my sister's cat sleeping on my chest and somebody rang the doorbell. He freaks at the sound of the doorbell, and I still have the paw skid-mark scars to prove it! Yeah and Homer's also...

hehe, Jenn I think Homer and Spike are a lot a like. Their marking are almost the same (especially the face!) except Spike's color is grey. I see Homer in a lot of those goofy sleeping positions that Spike seems to like too. lol

Homer's wierd about rolling around and contorting into some really strange (but cute) upsidedown positions when he's sleeping. He also loves to burrow up under a blanket, towel, anything to take a kitty-nap. I'll usually find a lump in my bed soon after I've made it. Anybody else's kitties...
