Oh my :o What's the worse that can happen? Will anything drastic, like my whole leg swelling up, losing the use of my leg, or amputation happen? :o

UPDATE: The scab of the unrecovered one fell off, and there is a small, but visible puncture wound... Should i be worried that it hasn't recovered after 4 months, or that I might get an infection? Of be glad that the wound hasn't gotten infected yet?
