    That's another reason you can see the interstate from my backyard and everyone around me has dogs I would be devastated if something happened to any of them. Thankfully your cat doesn't want to go outside it makes it more difficult when he wants to go out.

    I understand your frustration. One of my cats wants to go outside I found out my fiance let him out one night and I was furious thankful he saw the dog outside and ran back in but I don't want them outside for safety reasons.
