Wow! It sounds pretty much like those two registries are the CKC of the cat world...Thank you all for your help and information! I think perhaps it would be best if I didn't breed him.
I had thought in my mind that I would let all the kittens go to pet homes with a spay and neuter contract with papers from one of the ''Traditional'' Registries...would it be in the best interest of everything if I just didn't want to breed my cat?

My cat does not have any pedigree. He was one of the kitten's out of my Aunt's litter of Siamese. I hope this isn't frowned upon by ya'll as far as me trying to register him. I saw on the website they could be registered as ''foundation'' stock and if they bred true, after eight generations...
I was wondering what registry everyone would suggest? I have a traditional Siamese...and I was reading the two Traditional registries. Are they reputable? I know in the dog world, the CKC receives alot of negative attention for being a ''paper'' mill...does this also exist in the cat world? Any...
