Aw maybe he has a water fetish, I know my cat has OCD or something because she'll paw the food out of the bowl and eat one piece at a time. She's silly.

You never know, it could be a trait from a breed that she inherited, there are several breeds of really small cats.

Hmm...I would suggest taking it to the vet just to be on the safe side, we wouldn't want it to get worse.
