Does it grt on your cats paws visibly like the dipped their feet in makeup powder?

Well having to wipe my cats paws everytime is a pain!

I'm looking for a dust free cat litter, clumping that doesn't track. I use Worlds Best Clumping; it's great no dust, however each time my black comes out of box looks like he stepped in powder makeup. He doesn't have any poop on them but corn crumbles and sticks to him. I have to wipe his paws...
