If he is having seizures and you know it's due to low blood sugar, he is not being feed frequently enough.  He may be very sick if he is drooling.  Hope you were able to get him to the vet.  Make sure he is fed about 6-8 times a day, about 4 hours apart...even during the night. Little kittens...
