My cat had the same problem when he was a kitten and I brought him to the vet they very next day, I recommend you go to the vet ASAP since it isn't normal and there might be a problem with their digestive system, it might be the food your giving them.

Leo is 1 years old and he is eating normally, but its just that he is sleeping more frequently that he usually does.
