Cleo has had third eyelid since her unborn kittens have become more active. At first, I figures she was just sleepy as she sleeps all day, but right now it's been going on for awhile now.

Third eyelid is a sign that she is not feeling well. Is this her first litter?

How is her diet? Is she eating as much wet food and dry kitten chow as she wants?

She may have an infection. She does need to be examined by a vet. Is this possible?

She eats and drinks a lot along with sleeping. She opens her eyes fully when I bring her food, but after that she'll go to sleep and do that when she looks up at me.

Well then, maybe it's just because she is sleepy. Is it like that when she is not sleeping?

I don't know if it is or not, she's actually in labor now and I think it's coming out tail first.

So the kitten did come out?  seems everything oK?  OR?

The active labor phase in cats is usually much shorter than in humans, some say it shouldnt be over 30 minutes, so a hour is absolutely maximum.

If she had longer active labor, she must be exhausted, and maybe has damages inside....

You can smear some glucose sugar on her lips and gum - easiest honey water - it will give her quick energy.
Ok, one little girl.

if she drinks water, you can give her the honey water to drink.

Well, she was having contractions, the kitten was breached and has a super long tail.

Cleo is contracting again and there's another bubble coming.

The kitten is nursing.

She start having contractions around 2 and gave birth around 4, the kitten came out tail first, I actually had to help get the kit out.

Would shaving her belly fir help the kittens get to the milk? She has the thickest fur on her belly.
