I've never heard of the game. It sounds fun though. Where'd you get it?
It is made by EA. From Origin. It is definitely a very beautiful and original game.

Planning a trip to Ireland this fall
Goes without saying that I am pretty stoke about it!

In other news, pretty tired today! was busy yesterday....oi.

I'm going to Ireland in September for my honeymoon! I can't wait to go. I've been before and I really love it.

My dog is an Alaskan malamute. She is perfect about pulling as long as you go downhill. If it is an uphill battle she doesn't want to do anything at all.

We used to have so many Alaskan Malamutes when I was a kid! This led me to look up one of their show names on google and found a site that shows the "family tree" of Alaskan Malamutes out there. We had nine of them over the years, if I remember correctly. The last one died sometime in the 1990s.

I bought a new pair of thong sandals last weekend, and wore them today to a store. Apparently I stepped in gum someone spit out in the parking lot, because all of a sudden the side of my foot and shoe were sticky. When I checked, sure enough, gum was everywhere, and even had a cigarette butt stuck in it. Gross! Why can't folks use trash cans?

@Artiemom   I wondered about the lack of face masks on Dr. Jeff, too. I wonder if it's because cats and other animals are immune to human infections and diseases. Seems like some germs would be universal, like strep or MRSA.

But Dr. Jeff is willing to take on cases no one else wants. Everyone else the client had consulted about the kitten with the broken leg just wanted to amputate the leg. Dr. Jeff said it's because amputation is quick and easy. He pinned the bones, though, and you can imagine how small the bones were on a seven-week-old kitten.
I was wondering about the gown in addition to the face mask. As far as MRSA goes: unfortunately, I found out that cats can be carriers, but that does not last long; around 6 weeks after exposure, they shed the cells and MRSA is not an issue.

It seems as if Dr Jeff makes everything seem so easy. I am truly amazed at his required sterilization for all animals! That is incredible. The fact that his treatment costs are so low, is unbelievable. No wonder he is swamped with patients.

Did you see the program where he helped the homeless guy and the puppy? The poor thing had broken bones in the foot. He asked the guy to contribute whatever he could to the cost of the care; if he could not afford anything, that was fine...This is something incomprehensible!  Unheard of!

That has happened to me to it is ignorant people who think it is funny to throw trash on the ground even if it is decomposable.

It's really annoying when you see an ash tray and there are cigarette butts all over the ground, around it. Pure lazyness!

There were a lot of problems with litterbox training the kittens. Ra, for some reason, decided that the cords were the place to use the bathroom (I don't know why) and Spot would dig in the litterbox (like a dog) and go in the pile he deposited in front of it. Again, not sure why. It's funny now, but at the time I was not  amused.

Ra during his litterbox training. (He's younger than his size would lead you to believe. He was the largest of the kittens.)

Spot as he was learning the litterbox.

I love these chilly days when one of my cats climbs on my lap and warms me up. It always amazes me at how that little body warms my whole body. They are like little heaters.

We've had great weather for several weeks now (unheard of for WA state). Now the weather is is back to how it should be with plenty of rain. One of the people I know is moving today so of course the rain came back now.

Random fact: Jessica McClure (aka the little girl that fell in a well years back) is now 30 as of last month. WOW. Way to make time feel like it went by even more than it already does.

I've never had to worry about moving. I have lived in the same house pretty much forever. My fiance and I are buying it from my mom. I did move when I went to college but I didn't move many things at all so it was easy.

Murphys law! Everytime we've ever moved, the weather never cooperated. Either rain or in the 90's and humid.
Mrs. Murphy's law!:  "That husband of mine is a damned optimist!"

Decades ago my parents decided to drive to Alaska in their pickup truck with a trailer.  They got as far as Wyoming before the engine caught fire.  They got it replaced and continued on their way.  This time they made all the way into Canada, at which point the engine actually fell out of the truck!  Very weird; the people who replaced it can't have done their job properly.  At that point they gave up.  Eventually they ended up taking a cruise to Alaska.

I concluded long ago that moving is one of life's great evils.  There's a huge amount of work involved, and something always goes wrong.

Sounds like a wedding. Everyone spends all this time planning and organizing something and then of course something has to go wrong or everything has to go wrong. My uncle's first wedding just kept getting worse and worse through the entire thing.

Oh my. That would not have been a fun trip at all. I for one, am over moving. I'm content to stay put.
I feel the same. I am a lot like my cats. I dislike a change in routines. It is just so much easier staying in place and not moving. We are working on rearranging the house right now and that itself is driving me absolutely crazy.

Yes, I did see that last night. There were two episodes last night, so I don't know if the kitten with the broken leg was in the same one or not, but I saw them both at the same time. Dr. Jeff also gets referrals from all over Denver from vets whose clients can't afford treatment. Dr. Jeff said the homeless man was devoted to the care of his dog, and that was more important to him than the rich people who turn in their pets because they don't match the furniture. The homeless man did pay his costs, too, in $10 increments.

It's occurred to me that at least Dr. Jeff is making some money from Animal Planet for the show. I don't know how much they pay him, but some of the people on shows on HGTV only get $10,000 per episode. That's not much if they only film 6 to 8 episodes.
