1st Vet Visit
My new kitten (12 wks old) "Nick" has his first vet appointment on Friday. This will also be my first time! I'm to bring a stool sample - are there any rules for how or what to do this? Thank you.

Make sure the stool sample is no more than 12 hrs. old. Put it in a plastic baggie and then in the fridge until it is time to go. Don't worry they are used to a little litter attached. They check the stool sample for worms, intestinal parasites, etc.. If you can't get one in that time period you can always drop one off as soon as you do. Good luck to you and your new baby.
