Hi,
I'm new to this site. I need some advice on selecting a groomer for my kitten, Miya. She's a 8 mos., long-haired fold, with real cottony fur. She has several mats by her ears and under arms. I brush her regularly but needs a good shave. Trying to select a good groomer but not sure what to look for. Any suggestions? Thanks |

I would first check the place out. Make sure it is clean and all the people are fiendley. I would also ask if you can stay and watch. A good groomer will set a time that you can bring her and stay. This way not only do you get some good tips, but you can see how she does for the groomer and if you think the groomer is good with her.
