The Official "Why I Can't ..." Thread

I have long thought it would be a good idea to post pictures of the reasons we cannot get things accomplished because of our cats - so here goes:

Welcome to the official "Why I Can't ... " thread where we post pictures of our cats preventing us from doing some task or thing we need to do but can't because the cats are somehow preventing us.

I'll start ...

This is a picture of an apple pie I baked tonight to take with me on a visit with dear friends tomorrow ... you will notice a big, gaping hole in the middle of the pie. This hole is actually a George pawprint and happened when he jumped up onto the counter and right into the pie. So ... the title of this picture is "Why I Can't Take Pie To Visit Tomorrow"



OK, now you all try it ... *grin*

Cindy's typical obstructionist activity happens either on the stairs or on the back walk as I'm heading to the car. One of her nicknames is "toll cat", since she flops on each successive stair or paving stone to collect a scritch. But in neither of those situations am I carrying a camera to document it.
