The odds, of course, are zero in this case, and the fact their names were on the list was either overlooked by the White House, or they thought there wouldn't be a fuss. Since there has been, they're retreating to the standard White House modus operandi and denying it. Later, if they're proven wrong, they'll say there was "some sort of record-keeping error, but the President reserves the right to meet with old friends." Finally, when proof comes out that it WAS the men in question, the White House will say, "Oh, that's old news, we already discussed that."

This is the way ALL administrations operate.

But I'm still glad to see the records released. I'd like to see more transparency promises kept.
