Tinker evolves..... Learned how to open cabinets

I hate this. she's learned how to open the cabinets under my sink.

It doesn't sound like a problem, but it takes her 4 or 5 tries to get it. and it slams back when she screws up. So it's VERY loud.

But when I'm sleeping i don't notice it. So she climbs in, messes up ALL the neatly stacked linens I had in there, knocks out my emergency spare TP roll, and makes herself comfy.

how can I keep her from doing this?

oh man, great idea! i didn't even think about that.

Thank you!

Tinker is the smartest cat I've ever known. I posted a video awhile back where she figured out how to turn on the laser light, and how to point it at the wall.

She figured out how to open the cabinets

And she's obessed with video. i had to mount my LCD high on the wall. But she's also freaked out my PC monitor. she follows the mouse.... She's gotten to the point where she sits almost ON my right hand staring at it. when i'm not on the computer, she ends up sitting on, or right next to the mouse. she's figured out that moving it around moves the cursor on the screen. So now she attacks that.

I had to start turning my monitor off when i leave.

she's crazy smart.

My thoughts exactly. Since I'm in an appartment I have the kind that hang on the outside of the door & go around the handels. (Jordan used to love getting in the cabinet & knocking everything out.)

the cabinets in my condo don't have pulls. So my bf and I are going to get magnetized closures because Archie (big fluffy black foster boy) and Jakie ( cow kitty foster boy) BOTH like to open cabinets and drawers... and yes, they climb inside the cabinets.

Today they were re-roofing my condo building and the noise was terrible. I came by to feed and check on the boys.... everyone came running except Arch. So I called his name a few times. And I heard, bang, bang, bang... and he came running out of the kitchen! Takes a couple of attemps for him to get in OR get out. He was hiding in one of the cabinets. Poor baby!
