No, it is not Coolcat!

Do you guys know these trivia that coolcat put here every day for us to feed the kitties (and the doggies too - don't forget them!!)?
As we know, this is a website that to date have stocked the shelves of 13 shelters nationwide, with more than 108 TONS of healthy Cat and Dog Kibble - that is 159,104,310 pieces and counting!

Now, what you guys might not know, is that behind this all, is a little 13 year old girl! Yep! This is all the works of this special Seventh Grader, 13 yr old, who got inspired by freerice.com, and started to passionately brainstorm the idea with her parents on how to translate that into feeding pets and helping shelters.
Mimi Ausland, from Bend, Ore. came up with the whole concept, and together with her friends and family brought that vision to life. Her and her cousins come up with the trivia questions. Her mom designed the site. Castor and Pollux donates the Kibbles - she even works recipes with them for new products that will hit the shelves soon!! For each box sold, a meal will be donated to a shelter!
"I always wanted to volunteer at the Humane Society here in Bend," she says, "But I had to wait until I turned 7 years old, so that's when I started working there. I socialize the cats and clean up the litter boxes, and I groom the dogs and exercise them. I get to hang out with the animals. It's fun!"
AMAZING, isn't it? I so didn't expect that to be the works of a 13 yr old!
She says that coming up with all those trivia questions are no easy task, she enlists the help of her dad, dog and cat trivia books, friends, and....... fans!!!! Here is how we can help! We can send her trivia questions!

Yes I read the background and was surprised to find out how young this girl is. Ever since someone mentioned this site, I go there every day. I love answering the questions, I do both cats and dogs of course. You learn a lot there about our four-legged friends. I also go to 'click to give' daily. It's become a habit to go to these sites every single day.
