Name: Shane a/k/a Big Burl Sex: Male Year of Birth: 1997 Breed: Siamese Fur Color: Colorpoint Eye Color: Blue Biography: Shane is now my oldest cat. He became a big baby when he lost his big brother Snoopy a couple of years ago. He really loved Snoopy, although Snoopy didn't really return the love. I bought Shane from a Backyard Breeder, because I didn't know any better back then. One of the men in my office told me about a friend of his who had some Siamese kittens for sale. So, I called her, and made arrangements to purchase him when he was old enough to leave his Mama. He was such a tiny little kitten when I got him at only 8 weeks. It's amazing to see that he's grown into such a HUGE cat at a little more than 28 lbs. |
Arrival Story: The girl I purchased Shane from brought him to me because I only had a motorcycle at the time, and we decided it wouldn't be a good idea to strap him on the back of my bike. He was a very precocious kitten from the start, and the first thing he did was run up to me, and climb my body, and sit on my shoulders. That couldn't be done today, because he's SO BIG. Favorite Food & Treats: Shane LOVES TO EAT! There isn't much in the line of food that he doesn't like. Favorite Toys: He likes the nip, and he likes to fetch crumpled up cigarette packs. Plus he has a fetish for photographs, and rubber bands. However, I do not let him indulge in photo and rubber band fetish. |
