I noticed that my cat Princess has been sleeping on the kitchen floor, on the stove, in the tub, I believe that she is doing it because she is hott i was wondering is there a way that I can keep her cool?

perhaps you could set up a fan, or if she likes water, take her for a swim.

My cat Fluffy does that sometimes too. She likes to spend time outside in the summer and sometimes when she comes back in she is very warm. I drip a little water around her face, ears, and neck. It seems to do the trick. Also make sure that your cats have plenty of fresh water to drink.

would it be ok if i gave her a bath when its hot she seems to like that..........

when its really hot i take a washcloth and run it under cold water, and stroke Wonton with it til his fur is all damp. I tried it once when it was really hot here, cos i couldn't think of anything else, and i could tell he was really uncomfortable. i expected him to run away from me the moment he felt the wetness, but amazingly, he just stands there and lets me do it, which is why i'm pretty sure he enjoys it :) if he hated it i wouldn't do it. i go back to the sink two or three times to re-wet it with nice cool water, and i just stroke it all over, his back, his sides, the top of his head (being careful of his eyes). he just stands still and lets me do it .when i'm done he's quite damp, and seemingly, much happier :)

Princess seems to like the wet cloth a lot and she likes to sit in front of the fan. she is so cute :)
