I walked into Missy' s room tonight and suddenly it REEKS of cat urine! I got my black lite out and turned it on and I saw a whole bunch of White/violet spots all over.

Now my instructions say urine is yellow but I dont see any yellow.

Are my instructions wrong or would urine be another color in a gray carpet?

I know there is a thread about what to CLEAN the rug with but I cannot find it. Hissy had a good cleaner SHE used!

In regards to the cleaner, I remember Hissy mentioning Knok Out (or similar deviant spelling)

There is also Simple Solution and Zero Odor!

You have to make sure that you saturate the areas so that it goes all the way through the layers of backing and underlay of the carpet - and leave it to dry naturally (approximately 24-48 hours)

Urine Out , and Natures Miracle clean up urine accidents well....the first is sold at walmart and natures miracle can be found at petco, petsmart, or superpets..

BIG problem IS I cannot see the urine wih the black light. I DO see saliva ( a bunch of white/violet drops but NO urine.

I have the STINK FINDER black light. Is there a better one?
