Hey, Rhonda, here's a resize from your first one, keeping the aspect ratio, and reducing the height to 150 pixels...

It reduces the size quite a lot, but unless you change the aspect ratio, and squish the image, that's probably the best you're going to do with that particular image -- which BTW is really pretty.

Awww...don't feel like a loser, Rhonda :alright: you'll get there. It's a really pretty image. The only trouble is that it's almost as tall as it's wide, so you have to shrink the width way down to get the height right -- either that, or change the aspect ratio, but then you get a squished image. What you want to do to start is to make an image that is roughly three to four times as wide as it is tall. Then you can fit in whatever elements you want, and when you're done, resize the height to 150, keeping the aspect ratio, and you'll get a perfect size (visually) You do still need to check the file size, to make sure it's not over 30 Kb, but unless you're working with ginormous files, you should be OK.

Is that any help?

What I do is start an signature for example at 300 X 1100 pixels, put everything on it so it fits that size, then once I'm done, I flatten the image and reduce the size down to 150 x 550, which is the perfect aspect ratio and size for a siggy. That way you will have a perfect image, perfectly sized.

Rhonda, the file is way too big: 52,935 bytes, while only a maximum of 30,000 bytes are allowed.
This version of it is 23 K:

Yes Rhonda, please use the reduced one Trish made or reduce it yourself. :) It needs to be under 30 Kb, not 51 Kb. Otherwise, one or more of the sig-eating kittes will gobble it up. Nobody like to see this in their sig:
