Hello all.

I'm a newbie from SoCal with an overfondness for sushi (hence the name). My kitties are Annie and Sylvester, sisters that I adopted about a year ago from a local rescue, they are almost two now. They're crazy and I love them.

There is also my first kitty, Lion, who still lives with my parents even after I moved out (he is pretty old to be moved around and my parents love him). I believe he is 17.

I also started fostering kitties at local shelter about 1/2 a year ago, and am working on creating a Foster Kitty website as a resource for people who foster or are interested in fostering. I found this board while doing research and it seems really nice and a good way to meet other cat people. :)

Welcome to TCS! Congratulations on your lovely cat family! I admire the work that you're doing. Have you checked out the Ferals & Rescues forum yet - it's a great place to meet others who are fostering. I look forward to seeing & reading more about your girls & Lion! Susan

Wow, everyone is so nice here. Thanks! I've been lurking around the Rescue Forums, it's too easy to get addicted to this sort of thing.

Lion is a crochety old kitty who had to put up with me in my more formative years. He gets to rest now. I don't tell him about My New Kitties.

Everyone's kitties are so cute, it's so nice to see so many loved kitties.
