My name is Tara and I just got my 1st kitten ever! :clap: Her name is Puppy and she is 5 months old. While preparing for her adoption I have turned to this site for pretty much everything...so thanks for all the 411. Puppy is an orange tabby and I love her. :heart3: She is a bit sick I fear, however, I am vetting her tomorrow. We are so happy to be a part of the site!

Puppy is wheezing a bit and her eyes are drippy. I am VERY upset about this. She doesn't play very much but she has only just started climbing on my lap today. She started out very scared but not at all aggressive. I hope she is happy...I can't tell as she isn't very playful. I don't think she feels well.

Thank you all so much for your concern regarding Puppy's health. :heart3: We went to the vet to find out that she has a URI and pink eye. She may have a fever, however, she was not letting the vet take her temp...who can blame her?? :eek2: ?? She got some antibiotics and eye ointment...she wipes the ointment right off and hates the medicine! :bawling: Should I be overly concerned? The vet mentioned Herpes... :anon:

PS...and yes...I named her Puppy
