Have you ever seen this symbol at the top right of every post? http://www.thecatsite.com/forums/images/buttons/vb3/report.gif

That is what you should click if you feel the need to report a post. You can report a post because of something inappropriate posted or if you feel the post is misplaced. When you click that icon, a window pops up for you tho type an explanation. The posts is then reported to all moderators of that particular forum.

I do have a question...

There have been times when it is not just a particular post that is inappropriate, more like a bunch from one person that do not apply to the thread/topic ect...
Would you rather we chose one and reported it giving reference to the others, or a PM giving links to all of them with details?
I only ask because I have PMed a Mod about a similar situation and am now wondering what to do if it should happen again~

If you choose the first in the series of posts that have caused the thread to go off topic and report that one, the mods can go in from there and assess the situation.

It also gives you a place where you can express why the post is being reported- if you are as specific as you can be, it does make the mods job easier
