In the new system those who are requesting return receipts, those are stored and counted as part of the PM's. They will need to be cleaned out as well- simply click on the link where it says you have xx amount of confirmed and unconfirmed receipts then delete those that have been received and your count will go down-

I have 1 confirmed and 2 unconfirmed private message reciepts. When I click on that link I get a vBulletin message that says I don't have permission to access that page. Also, I didn't request return reciepts.
