Hi, my name is Bridget and I have never used a forum before so this should be fun. I decided to join because i adore cats. I have two awesome cats. One is my 2 year old silver tabby named Emmet. He is such a doll. He is so well behaved, yet he is very wery of strangers, hes a bit reserved, and quite emotional, and he had a tough life before i got him. The other is the aptly name Doofus. and believe me he is a doofus...:) He just showed up at my door one day, mind you i lived on the third floor behind a very heavy door with a spring mechanism. Hes a georgeous black cat with the mentality of a 2 year old and the energy to match. As far as i can see he has no fear, and will get into anything he can find just to get a little attension, yet he is the most gentle cat i have ever met. Yet as opposte as these two are they definatly love each other like they were family, and fight like it too... Well im done rambling.

This was my first forum too, and as you can see I liked it here enough to stick around! I will warn you, though...it's easy to get spoiled when this is the first place you join. There are so many friendly people, always willing to help or lend support or just have fun.... I've tried joining a couple other sites after this and never felt as comfortable as I do here. :cool:
