Name: Misha
Age:4
Sex:M
Size:L
Adult male F1 (50/50 hybrid) Chausie for adoption to screened home only. Misha is neutered and front-declawed. He is generally shy of people and has some special needs due to his somewhat feral nature and high prey drive. Misha needs a calm, stable, safe home where he is free to jump and play. He needs more frequent one-on-one human companionship than I can give. Misha picks on my other cats *a lot* and I do not feel this behavior can be changed. He can also open cupboards, drawers, accordion-style doors, zippers, velcro, and could easily learn to open "latch" doors with the handles that pull down to open. He cannot be trusted around leather, platic bags or wrapping of any kind (eats it, then regurgitates), rubber or hair bands, most other cats, any small animals, most cupboards, laundry, or stuffed animals. Misha also has a penchant for digging into sofas and sofa cushions. I feel in the right home, Misha will thrive and that some of these behaviors can be changed over time. Adoption fee of $100 to cover vet health certification and transportation up to 300 miles from Fargo, North Dakota. For more information or to request screening questionnaire, please email me at trainchaser@animail.net

I agree! But I don't want to think what a shelter would do with an F1. That's why I posted it on here, I know I've seen posts from people who know what they're doing with F1 and F2 Chausies. I am hoping someone who knows the breed and foundations sees this and helps out.
