Just got this in email- makes you pause to think

TWO TOUGH QUESTIONS
Question 1:

If you knew a woman who was pregnant, who had 8 kids already, 3 who were deaf, 2 who were blind, 1 mentally retarded, and she had syphilis, would you recommend that she have an abortion?

It is time to elect a new world leader, and only your vote counts. Here are the facts about the 3 leading candidates:

Candidate A - Associates with crooked politicians & consults with astrologists. He's had 2 mistresses, chain smokes, & drinks 8-10 martinis a day.

Candidate B - He was kicked out of office twice, sleeps until noon, used opium in college & drinks a quart of whiskey every evening.

Candidate C - He is a decorated war hero. He's a vegetarian, doesn't smoke, drinks an occasional beer & never cheated on his wife.

Candidate A is Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Candidate B is Winston Churchill.

Candidate C is Adolph Hitler.

And by the way, the answer to the abortion question: If you said yes, you just killed Beethoven.



Sure makes a person think before judging someone.

I have seem that before. I always say that you can't judge someone based on their "stats".

I've never seen this one before. But abortion of another persons child is not up to me, I would not comment, but would probably show support either way.

As far as the elected officials. I don't vote, and I knew their had to be a catch some where in this thread. ;)
I did think one thing though... about candidate C. When I read about him, granted he sounded like a nicer person then the other to, but I worried about how strong his views are and what an overly forceful person he might be upon the nation because of that... You know, like what I say goes!
And that was before I found out it was describing Hitler. :)

Egads! I would have killed Beethoven and chosen Hitler!

Canditate C didnt cheat on his wife....if thats Hitler, he wasnt married to Eva Braun....Im a little confused here....:confused: Was he married or not?

Technically, he married her the morning that they killed themselves, so he didn't cheat on his wife. He didn't have time. I don't believe he was married before Eva Braun, but the reason he gave her not to marry her was that he was married to Germany (ala Queen Elizabeth, the Virgin Queen).

OOps, I killed Beethoven. At least I didn't elect Hitler. Actually I thought candidate 1 was JFL.

Freaked me out (though Hitler associated with Astrologists too). Good lesson, MA.

(BTW - I killed Beethoven, but didn't elect any president because I wouldn't do it on so little information.)
