We are looking for breeders interested in breeding and showing the LaPerm. We will help you get set up and mentor you as needed. We are working with several established breeders in the US as well as around the world (recently sent the first LaPerm to The Netherlands)and are trying to have this wonderful breed established for Championship status with CFA, TICA and ACFA. Our cattery is registered with CFA and TICA, as are our cats. I am the listowner for LaPerms@yahoogroups, the new editor of the newsletter for The LaPerm Society of America (effective in June)and an established breeder in Florida. We need serious, committed individuals willing to help us undertake this tremendous task, therefore I ask for serious inquiries only and not curiosity seekers. Yes, you are taking on a huge task!! Again, I only show in AACE right now. If you would like to get them into an NBC status with them, we will help all we can. We have a breeder registered with AACE already who would like hers shown. We would be more than happy to agent her cats so they get shown. I know they have shows in FL and we have several in the area here that we go to. Just a thought for future consideration. I know we had to agent a bunch of cats to meet requirements for championship status.

I appreciate the offer and must confess it was something I had not considered. It would certainly get them into another region which is necessary for qualifying for Championship status. I think that is a great idea and I will have to explore the possibilities with you should I join the AACE. Thank you again for the generous offer.

Ok Sandy now you are confusing me (and that's not hard since it's Saturday). Anyway, e-mail me privately where she's in Nevada and if need be, and you decide to agent her cats, I can bring them with me the next time I come home.
