Sen. Barbara Boxer was just as angry as I was when the EPA denied California a waiver so that the state could make its own environmental protection laws. She asked for documents showing how the decision was made. One was a memo from an EPA staffer that said there was "no legal or technical justification for the EPA to deny the request." There's more.

oh, well, with Sen. Boxer involved, the battle "ain't over yet"! I like both those ladies - I love watching them on CSpan :bigthumb:
