That reminds me of the Burger King across the road from my school - they have recently renovated it and now it looks more 'styley' rather than a Burger joint. They have added cafe style tables and chairs and have lcd tvs around the place with music channels playing - I don't know who they are trying to appeal to though. :rolleyes:

In McDonald's defense: I've seen many McDonald's restaurants located in historical sections of very old European cities that have been designed to blend in architecturally, and have read that the chain's restaurants in China not only take Feng Shui into account, but also local tastes.
