Butzie does relieve my stress level. :yeah: for Trout too:heart3: catsknowme 24th February 2008, 12:41 AM   Finally, a study that shows the benefits of cats, not the usual "dog-focus" that we too often see. I'm printing it to show my father - he has his wolf-hybrid dog and 3 cats. My mom, a dog-lover, doesn't mind his dog, but is always harping about the cats - 2 of whom he has in his little cabin outside, and the other cat locked up in his den. They come out when she goes to bed at night , hee-hee!! Randy_ 24th February 2008, 07:43 PM Interesting article. LIVE LONG AND PROSPER (http://health.msn.com/health-topics/articlepage.aspx?cp-documentid=100194893>1=10914) luvmycat1 24th February 2008, 07:51 PM I'm getting page cannot be displayed. :dk: Kelicat 24th February 2008, 07:53 PM Hmmm, me too.... Graciecat 24th February 2008, 08:27 PM That's odd, it's working for me. I've heard before that having a pet reduces your stress therefore cutting down on the risk of heart attack. jcat 24th February 2008, 09:30 PM Threads merged. calico2222 26th February 2008, 06:08 AM Yeah...well...it depends on how the cats get along with each other. If they don't it can really raise your stress level!! :lol3: No, seriously, that article is great. A loving cat can calm you down. I think a cat is more calming that a dog sometimes and I have both. Again, it depends on the cat. |
