This is quite a story. A soldier stationed in Iraq started feeding a stray and her puppy, built them a doghouse, and planned to have them shipped home with him when he was sent stateside. With 6 months left to his tour, he died on Christmas day. This is the story of how his family brought home the dogs he loved.

It heartbreaking, and heartwarming, at the same time. I'm sure those dogs will bring some solace to the family.
