I remember some show that followed police investigations. In it, a woman actually looked up hit men in the Yellow pages. She found this one company that did some sort of play-acting and contacted them. They in turn contacted the police who set up an undercover sting and caught her.
These people are very naive to think that they wouldn't be caught.

I remember working at a classifieds place a few years ago and when the weekly issue came out one ad read:
Shoes $5 [insert number]
Three of the four of us were laughing because we thought it was the silliest sounding ad. The fourth informed us that drug dealers often placed ads in the classifieds pretending to sell something, but it was a contact number.
My coworker called the number, but never heard back...
Anyhoo, I agree...she should have been smarter. Maybe we'll see her case on TruTV in the future. :D
