Has anyone ever tried using a chamoi/shammy (sp?) for taking loose hair off of their cats. I have heard it is very good if your cat HATES to be brushed all the time. I am curious as to weather it works or not.

Isn't it the cloth that's supposed to give the coat a shine? I'm sure I've read about it somewhere, but I can't recall where...

They are actually used to dry cars with. I have thought about getting one for my real shedders. It looks like I may just have to go buy one and try it!!!
