To bring forward the guest expert forums, they have been moved into a separate expert forums category.

Active forums will be featured at the top of the category, while closed ones will be there for reading, grouped under a sub-category.

When we have active forums, the whole cluster will be brought forward, like now. Once we have them closed, if no other active expert forum is available, the whole cluster will go under "our feline comapnions".
