Name: Chumley
Sex: Male
Year of Birth: 2007
Breed: Domestic Shorthair
Fur Color: Tabby
Eye Color: Yellow Biography: Chumley (formerly Charlie) is one happy kitty. Because he was so aggressive to other cats outside, we were very worried we wouldn't be able to integrate him with our seven in such a small space, but with love and his knowledge that food was always available, he's turned out to be one kitty loving kitty! He has the biggest, rumbliest purr, and he LOVES grooming our other kitties!

Arrival Story: Chumley wasn't typical TNR - he seemed more like a formerly abused kitty than a feral when he turned up here in May 2010. As we're back living in the RV with (what was) the seven, we don't have the ability to foster. At the height of kitten season, there was no room in the shelters or foster networks. But we just couldn't put him back outside after having him neutered: he has a broken leg that healed without being set, has many scars so it's been rough for the boy, and he has allergies and respiratory problems. So we used a rented trailer to foster him until the foster network could take him.
Favorite Food & Treats: Chumley loves everything! He's got allergies we're working through and HATES the "duck and pea" foods LOL. Thankfully, he LOVES to play and that makes him happier than any treat could! Favorite Toys: His very first toy - a little furry mouse that rattles tied onto a leather string that's taped to a wand that used to have a different toy on it LOL. He won't play with stationary toys, and doesn't react to the "red dot" or catnip. But he sure does love wand toys!
