I really do think his personality shines right through this lovely picture, doesn't it? Here's what his Meowmy says about him -

This is Popsie. I adopted him as a kitten and he will be turning 17 in a few weeks. He is a very loving cat, loves to get scritches and give bunts. He is a mommas boy to the max. His favorite thing to play with is anything string like that I drag around the house. He also likes to get into a lot of mischief. I spoil him rotten everyday.
