I have a fantastic banana bread/loaf recipe that always turns out perfect. But I want to make some changes in terms of flavors and serving size.
For reference it bakes in a 350*F oven for about an hour.
1) I want to make this recipe into standard sized as well as mini-sized muffins. Any clue on how long I should bake each of these at?
2) For the standard sized muffins. I have a couple bags of coffee flavored mini chocolate chips... I often make my banana bread with chocolate chips...would the coffee flavored chips taste good?
3) I also want to serve the standard sized muffins with a cream cheese icing filling...would coffee flavored chocolate chip banana bread muffins with a cream cheese icing filling be too much in terms of flavor combos? In my head it tastes good...
